In recognition of its accomplishments and contributions in serving Kuwait, Governor of Hawally the General \/ Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al Sabah honors Director of Direct Aid Society in Yemen Her Excellency Mrs. His Al-Asousi in the celebration of Hawally Governorate Excellence Award for the year 2013 which was held on 17 February 2016 at Regency Hotel.<\/p>\n

Al-Asousi has received a lot of awards during her journey in world of the community giving as the recent award was in 2015 where she was privileged to be included in the list of the most powerful 100 Arab woman by Arabian Business because of her achievements in community development and humanitarian work. In 2015, Al-Asousi received the Arab Women Award in charity works.<\/p>\n

Lastly, Al-Asousi was classified in \u201cThameen of Kuwait Encyclopedia\u201d among 100 leaders and accomplishers. Al-Asousi is culminated for the year 2016 as ambassador of the world day for the business pioneers representing State of Kuwait. Throughout her work in the humanitarian field, Al-Asousi changed the lives of more than 120,000 person radically and helped them medically, scientifically and practically to become productive in their communities.<\/p>\n

Al-Asousi joined the Direct Aid Society Yemen’s Office in August 2015 where it is noted that the Office in Yemen completed more than 15 developmental and service project in the field of water including construction of water dams and barriers, water distribution networks and distribution of water filters for purification of waters as more than 60,000 persons benefited from these water projects. Recently, Yemen Office executed many medical camps and relief campaigns where more than (30,000) persons in different cities and provinces of Yemen benefited therefrom. Direct Aid Society will continue providing its contributions due to the deterioration of the human position in Yemen as the Office is currently implementing many vital and service projects in most of Yemeni governorates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
