The head of the Public Relations and Media Department of Direct Aid Association Nusseibah Abdul-Rahman Al-Sumait stated that the workshops are organized for the fourth year in a row in active cooperation with the volunteer Ashraq team and the Zad team, which had a great role in the success and management of the program. In a new way, every year and the goal of its organization has been achieved, which is to educate the child about the importance of feeling the needs of the less fortunate children and to enhance the value of giving and make time and effort to introduce happiness to the hearts of others as the child exercises charity in every corner of the activity when providing assistance.

Nusseibah Al-Sumait spoke about these goals, and she said that the team preparing for an event from Kuwait gives you a love that makes sure that valuable and positive messages are repeated from the child’s entry to the workshop hall until his farewell so that the experience of giving is an enjoyable and exciting happiness and joy in the hearts of our children in Kuwait.

She explained that the idea of ​​the campaign is to implement a number of workshops over a period of 6 days to equip 10,000 beautiful boxes that Kuwaiti children fill with gifts and school tools to gift them to the child in Africa during a record time as the campaign is launched annually in March since 2016 and more than 150 volunteers participate in the management of the campaign On a daily basis, organizers are happy to host nearly 1,500 children a day.

The Direct Aid Building is pleased to host schools and clubs that are racing to participate in its workshops, taking advantage of the opportunity to have an event that instils beautiful educational values ​​in a way that is fun for children. A large number of social media celebrities and those interested in education also participated in the event.

Al-Sumait added that the boxes are distributed each year to the orphans and poor students in schools who mostly did not own their own game before, so the association is keen to document the moments of happiness and joy that overwhelm children when distributing the boxes to be a supportive way to encourage the children of Kuwait to give.
