In a remarkable achievement for a newly established school, the football team of AlBAHAR Center Secondary School proudly claimed the runner-up position in the municipal stage of the 2025 National School Championship. Despite the school’s modest size, with only three classrooms, the team demonstrated exceptional skill and determination throughout the competition.

Comprising 14 players — including 13 orphans — the team showcased remarkable teamwork and resilience, securing three consecutive victories while maintaining a flawless defensive record, conceding no goals and scoring six.

The team’s journey culminated in an exciting final match, supported by a large and enthusiastic crowd of fellow students, orphans, and center staff, reflecting the strong community spirit that fuels their success.

This impressive debut not only highlights the players’ high level of talent and competitive spirit but also marks a significant milestone for the school’s athletic program.

In recognition of their outstanding performance, three of the orphan players have been selected to represent their municipality in the upcoming provincial championship in Kofu.

This success is a testament to the impact of the center’s recently launched Sports Development and Enrichment Program, which aims to nurture young talent and provide a supportive environment for their growth and achievement.
