In a significant developmental initiative aimed at fostering women’s economic independence, Direct Aid has successfully distributed 30 sewing machines to beneficiaries at the Al-Salam Center in Benin. This program seeks to equip women with vital vocational skills and promote sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Currently, 60% of the beneficiaries have obtained a national diploma in sewing, while the remaining participants are undergoing advanced training in preparation for certification.

This initiative reflects a strong commitment to transforming support into meaningful opportunities, empowering women to enhance their skills and secure improved economic prospects. Direct Aid extends its sincere appreciation to all donors and organizers whose contributions have been instrumental in the success of this project.
