The University of Abdulrahman Al-Sumait affiliated to the Direct Aid Association in the State of Zanzibar held the graduation ceremony in its 23rd instalment to graduate 234 students with various academic disciplines in the bachelor’s and master’s degree, bringing the number of graduates of the university to a total of 4,417 students.
It is worth mentioning that AlSumait University was founded in 1998 and began at that time with 25 students, by the end of 2022 the number of students enrolled in the University reached 1,145 students. The University includes 13 academic programs; in the faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Science.
The University offers integrated academic programs for various stages, including specialized diplomas, bachelor and master’s programs.
