Within the programs of the strategic pillar for the development of the Direct Aid team, the Association held several training courses for field workers during the past four months (August – September – October – November) to enable the workers to perform their work efficiently and effectively on an ongoing basis, including seven training courses for orphan supervisors to instill values among young people, and three courses for awareness-raising supervisors and advocates, and two computer courses for teachers in schools affiliated with the association to benefit from technology in education. The total number of trainees exceeded 450 trainees working in the field in Africa.

Where the strategy of the first pillar of the Direct Aid team pays attention to everything that benefits the members of the aid and advancement family with their mental and technical capabilities in the long term by offering special training courses that develop their scientific and professional capabilities and enrolling them in the latest development courses, to develop the association’s services and implement its projects with high efficiency, This is done by creating a real qualified workforce capable of assuming responsibilities and achieving the aspirations and requirements of the strategic plan, of keeping pace with development and competition with major international institutions in civil relief work and to contribute to achieving sustainable development of the association’s work.
