A few days ago, Direct Aid Society participated in a program organized at the United Nations Headquarters in New York by the Department of Humanitarian Affairs (HAS) of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), in the presence of Member States, United Nations entities, partners and organizations working in developing countries.
It included a rehabilitation program to discuss coordination to face difficult and pressing humanitarian issues.
The program was organized under the title ” Restoring humanity, respecting human dignity and leaving no one behind: working together to reduce people’s humanitarian need, risk and vulnerability”.
Direct Aid Society participation aimed at developing its efforts to develop economically and economically disadvantaged African societies through projects that achieve sustainable development.
