DirectAid provides relief aids for uplifting the development in Chad

As the Prophet (PBUH) said: “….Whoever is concerned for the needs of his brother, Allah is concerned for his needs, and whoever relieves a Muslim of a burden, Allah will relieve him of a burden from the burdens of the Day of Judgement and whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allah will cover (his faults) on the Day of Judgement.” (Al- Bukhari). Meanwhile, the State of Kuwait initially seeks to support humanitarian activities around the world. Recently, a relief private Kuwaiti plane arrived in Chad a few days ago, carrying huge amounts of food and non-food stuff. This is through the relief air bridge of DirectAid to uplift the development situation in Chad, through the DirectAid centers which have been operating in Chad since 1987.

Dr. Abdullah Alsumait – Director General of DirectAid Society – was the front-runner of the relief trip team, and Mr. Abdul Rahim Younes – Secretary of the Ministry of Economy in Chad – has greeted the team and expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to the State of Kuwait and the DirectAid Society donors for providing continuous humanitarian aid and support for the State of Chad. Regularly, relief visits of DirectAid include food baskets, water, shelters, clothes, blankets etc. And other basic food items as needed. DirectAid Society usually executes its relief campaigns in cooperation with government authorities and international and local organizations.
