Achievements of Direct Aid Society in its pursuit of fulfilling its mission to support sustainable development efforts and humanitarian work, which have been realised by the grace of Allah Almighty and your generous contributions. The Direct Aid Society has written a commendable success story in the fields of charitable and humanitarian work over the decades.By December 2025, society will have achieved the following results:

Providing care for 95,961 orphans through ongoing sponsorship programs.

Implementing 34,953 development projects to promote economic and social development.

Establishing 25,921 construction projects, including hospitals, schools, and health centres.

Building and operating 8 hospitals, 369 clinics, and medical centres.

Implementing 29,000 water and well projects to improve access to safe drinking water.

Constructing 6,701 mosques and 26 institutes to strengthen religious and educational infrastructure.
In the education sector, society has:-
Establishing and operating 3 universities and 372 formal academic schools.

Building 762 Quranic schools to support Quranic education.

Enrolling 1,975,373 students in formal schools.

Enrolling 120,579 students in higher education (universities and colleges).

Supporting 31,946 students through scholarships.
In the health sector, the following were implemented:-
Implementing 18,849 health programs, including medical convoys, free surgical camps, vaccination campaigns, and clinic development initiatives.
In the area of awareness and outreach:-
Implementing 24,368 awareness programs, including outreach caravans, Quranic programs, and educational initiatives.

Supporting 366,505 Quran memorisation حلقات (circles) and centres.

Enabling 2,113 beneficiaries to perform Hajj.
Seasonal activities included:-
Distributing 614,253 sacrificial animals (Qurbani/Udhiya).

Providing 50,257,082 Iftar meals for fasting individuals.
