Achievements of Direct Aid Society in its pursuit of fulfilling its mission to support sustainable development efforts and humanitarian work, which have been realized by the grace of Allah Almighty and your generous contributions. The Direct Aid Society has written a commendable success story in the fields of charitable and humanitarian work over the decades.By December 2024, the society has achieved the following results:

Sponsorship of 93,681 orphans through continuous sponsorship programs.

Implementation of 30,097 development projects to enhance economic and social development.

Construction of 25,788 infrastructure projects, including hospitals, schools, and health centers.

Construction and operation of 9 hospitals and 368 medical clinics.

Execution of 28,420 water and well projects to improve access to drinking water.

Construction of 6,583 mosques and 26 religious institutes to strengthen religious and educational infrastructure.
In the education sector, the society has:-
Established and operated 4 universities and 372 formal academic schools.

Built 732 Quranic schools to support Quranic studies.

Enrolled 1,862,589 students in regular schools.

Supported 111,334 students in higher education in universities and colleges.

Provided scholarships to 27,960 students.
In the health sector, the following were implemented:-
17,582 health programs, including medical convoys, free surgical camps, vaccination campaigns, and clinic development projects.

330,845 surgeries to combat blindness.
In the area of awareness and outreach:-
Conducted 21,922 awareness programs, including advocacy convoys, Quranic and educational programs.

Supported the work of 6,537 female preachers in various fields.

Enabled 1,970 pilgrims to perform the Hajj pilgrimage.
Seasonal activities included:-
Distribution of 611,612 sacrificial animals.

Providing 46,067,082 iftar meals for fasting individuals.
